Ok--I finally got my Bonne together--I had to replace one of those plastic side tanks on the radiator and to splice a trans cooler line--everything turned out great--so far--now the question--The connector on the evaporator canistor(charcoal canister)is clicking now! Never clicked before. Is this something I should worry about or replace? What would cause it to click now? I tapped on it a few times w/some wood, and it would stop for a sec then start again.
The only time I was near it is when I pulled that plastic air intake thing off to get more room.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Mine did this when I accidentally disconnected the line that goes to the fuel tank. It was disconnected right at the canister. Check to see if that or any of the other lines is disconnected. Also check your gas cap.

Both are fine. I didn't here it clicking today once I got to work, so hopefully it was just one of those things.
