changing standard type struts on 92 bonny
recently bought (standard) front and rear struts for 92 bonneville se to do it mayself. I Assumed it would be fairly strait forward. After purchasing I decided to read the service manual.
I Have not started the project yet but the rear strut replacement seems fairly straitforward. My biggest concern will be the front struts. The service manual reads like it could be a bit of a struggle with the need for special strut rod alignment tools etc. I have most regular tools and and a good strut spring compressor with safety retainer etc. Any tricks, advice or input from those with experience with this model most appreciated. What would be a conservative time to allow to complete etc. Thanks

you will need an aligment regardless
but mark where the old strut mounts to the knuckle and when installing new one line it up to the mark that will get your camber some what close for the drive to the alignment shop
