Default Oil pressure gauge

93 SSEi - 188500 km. Have noticed temperature gauge fluctuates 90 to 95 even when not running vehicle hard. Only used to see above 90 when running hard in warm summer weather. Also Oil pressure gauge - needle fluctuates below 275 - approx 140 sometimes at idle - yet holds 275 usually at idle and more when operating. No evidence of engine malfunction - noise overheating etc.
Water pump replaced 6000 km ( 3600 miles) back. Did not notice gauge fluctuation before or after that for a number of months.

Just had new one installed for starters this AM. All I see is running temp at about 100 and varies by 5 to 10 degrees.

Do any other gauges move? Check the ground stud on the rear of the engine. I believe that'* where it is on your year. That ground is for the sensors.

Thanks Dan
Only the temp and oil gauges move unusually - and have not had real chance to see re temp gauge since changing it yesterday.
Cheers
