Cold = Jacked up?

I noticed this last Thanksgiving after installing subs. It got cold, and my car was higher with subs!

Seems to be doing it again. My trunk is way up there. It's more noticable when it's cold too?

Cold enough to freeze? Or just cold? Your exhaust for the ELC freezing so it can't vent?

BonneMeMN Oct 18, 2004 10:32 PM

I don't have ELC. It was below freezing for some over sat/sun night.

Kennginn Oct 18, 2004 11:28 PM

so its subwoofers right?

BonneMeMN Oct 19, 2004 11:10 AM

The ride height in the rear of the car is NOTICABLY higher. This is with weight in the trunk.

I really don't know, but maybe the fluid in the shocks expand when it's cold?
