Default Blower Motor Fan Speed, 95 SE..

Hey guys, how'* it going? I recently joined this forum, after picking up a '95 SE to daily drive. It needs some things, the most important of which is resolving an issue with blower fan speed. I did some searching on here, and tried different search words/sentences, but haven't completely gotten what I need for answers.
My Bonneville has the electronic/automatic heating and A/C setup. Everything seems to work except that it appears I have no high speed fan action. And, no "Recirculation" ability, either. When I click Recirculation, I get no difference in air flow, or fan speed, even though it registers on the display that it'* active. And, it just doesn't seem like there'* enough airflow on the highest fan setting, during normal A/C use, either.
So, I'm guessing the Blower Control Module is bad? Or, is there a relay I should be looking for, first?? I know where the Module is located, thanks to you guys. But, I just want to get your opinions and advice on exactly what'* wrong here. Also, I see listings on Ebay for Blower Modules from '92-'96 and '97-'99, yet they all look the same. I thought they were the same? I know there'* a difference if the car is setup with the manual HVAC, or electronic, but is there a difference to the electronic setups, also? I saw it mentioned here in another thread that any '92-'99 Module for the electronic HVAC system would work. Is that the case?

Thanks folks. Oh, and great forum you have here, also.
