Last night I removed and cleaned my Throttle body.I removed all sensors and cleaned it with a toothbrush and intake safe TB cleaner.I let it sit overnight to dry out and then about an hour ago I put her back together, slapped on a new gasket and fastened all sensors and throttle cable unit.I then proceeded to fire her up,she stuttered at first and then ran smooth about 20 seconds into it.Now I have the huge cloud of white smoke coming out the exaust..I let her run for about 2 minutes, and still white smoke,so i shut hewr down just to be safe
,is this normal?

Everything is fine. Take it out for a drive, and make sure you go wide open to blow all the carbon out. You may have to go wide open more than once to clear it all out.

Keep an eye on it. White smoke could be coolant leaking through the gasket into the TB, and being burned off in the cylinders. Watch the overflow tank for a couple weeks, and then breathe a sigh of relief.
The one solution I didn't even think of was the TB gasket. Usually when we clean throttle bodies at my shop (which is a very complete cleaning, BG products and toothbrushes) it'll blow white smoke like crazy until the carbon is done blowing out.
