Cigarette lighters blown? (FUSE?)

I think the cigarette lighters somehow blew in my car. The G-tech no longer works after the fuse for THAT broke into a patriotic spark one morning when I went to plug it in. So I changed the fuse on the G-tech thinking it was blown, still nothing. Then I tried the cig lighter and it wouldn't heat up in either the front or rear lighter. So is there a fuse that blew elsewhere? If so, where is it?

under the wheel, on the left by the door. Ther is a little cover on it that comes off, it has the diagram for all the fuses on ther. There should be a spare for it.

I think the fuses on Kyle's car are in a different spot than ours. But I'd look for the fuse, too. And make sure there's no debris in either lighter socket.
