Default Car acting up, HELP! I want to drive it to WCBF!!!!

Ok, so i installed the thermostat, works great, keeps the car cooler. But now, when I get on it 3/4 or full throttle, she kinda chokes on herself. It'* almost like she'* misfiring. The car'* "service engine soon" light is NOT on. I hooked her up to the scan tool, no codes are reading. WTF?!!!! Does it have something to do with the thermostat? It seems to drive fine when I'm not "getting on it."

HELP!!!!

I don't think it has anything to do with the thermostat.
Check your plug wires and other connections that might have come loose while you were doing the stat job.

Hang in there John. We'll be there in two days

My first guess is a bad plug wire, do you have another set you can swap on there? Check all your plugs for carbon tracking as well.

Although I haven't had any problems with the Taylor wires, I know PDad did and had to change them out shortly after he installed them due to a miss.

Dont forget vacum line either, while you were swapping the t'stat you could have pulled one loose at the boost control solenoid?

My taylors did need replacing but they did last 8 months, mind you the car was parked for half of that :?
