Should I even try? I'm thinking that it will be too time consuming and maybe pretty expensive. If you have questions let me know so I could explain my ideas in detail. Anyway let me know what you guys think about my brilliant plan.

im installing a B&M quick silver shifter in my car. going to use my exisiting console and run the lever through the exsisting shifter boot. may have to make a spacer to get it in the correct place and fab a bracker to mount the cable on the trans, but trust me , it will be well worth it.
