Default Engine swap COMPLETE (kinda)

I heard the bonne roar for the first time in a long time today, just finished putting in an engine with only 20k miles on it. Unfortunately it needs a new radiator to go any distance and I kinda tore the gasket on the oil filter adapter and it has a very bad leak until I get a new one and redo it. Also I left the exhaust disconnected because it has a bad cat... I've heard hot rods that aren't that loud lol. But by tommorow everything but the cat will be taken care of and bonne will live again!

Good to hear you are bringing it back alive, Dr. Frankenstien!

Are you going to go ahead and put on a hi-flow cat while you're at it?

That'* probably the cheapest route -$55.57 on e-bay including free shipping -99% of exhaust shops will charge $150-200 for a standard issue cat and that doesn't include installation.

No shop should charge more than $30 to install -ask around or install it yourself. Clamping it on will mean exhaust leaks, and exhaust leaks that far forward in the exhaust will cause KR .....aka less power.

Well, it costs $45 for a good shop to put it on down here, but that'* still a good deal IMO. Just make sure that you have a local shop that will weld your cat on for you if they don't supply the part. (a precaution)
