Default removal of inside door pannel

ok, well i'm trying to replace the mirror and i need to take this piece off. I can't seem to get one bolt. I don't even know got to get to it. It looks like it'* pretty much in the middle of the door near the lower part of the handel. The gray rubber piece that you grab to shut the door seams to be in the way of it. could someone help me out with this problem so i can fix the problem.

I think the one you are talking about is behind the handle to open the door. There is a little spot to put a small screwdriver in and pry the piece out ...then you'll be able to see the torx head that is holding you in.

Sounds like this describes the two (92-95) or one (96-99) 10mm bolt(*) behind the lights. Here'* a pic from a 93 that roughly shows the locations of the fasteners:

There is one that is not labled. It'* the one behind the latch release handle and is the one that BillBost is describing

I bought ratcheting wrenches...took the time from about 1/2 hour to 5 minutes for me. The angle is the killer.
