Car has trouble starting after shutting off for a few minute

Question,my neighbor has a 92 SSE and his car has trouble starting after he stops for a few minutes.If you play with the gas it starts and runs ruff for a bit and then runs fine ,if anyone could help me out.

Forum business: This is maintenence, not performance, so I moved it.

Bonnie business: How's it start after sitting for a while, more than just a few minutes? Playing with the throttle will only turn the injectors off if you floor it for a few seconds before turning the key all the way, clearing the cylinders if it's flooded. Possibly a leaky injector flooding it while it sleeps.
