Default How Can i take traction control off?

what will taking the traction control off do for me? My aunt has a 1996 SSEi bonny and shes always turning traction contol off,but with my se i dotn ahve that feature so what can i do? my friends say theres a relay that i can take out or soemthing so it will shut off idk....

Are you sure you have it? If so.. you can unplug the ABS/Traction control unit (a lartge plug underneath the airbox)

Can also unplug the wheel speed sensors.....and disabling the traction control is gonna let the tires spin like ************* when ever you mash the gas.

yeh you could do that but then your MPH gauge wont work...

Just curious... why do you want to disable your TC and ABS?
This is not a good idea... unless you're at a race track and preparing for the 1/4.

No...It will....Separate sensor on the end of the trans.....Right on the differential cover.

What do you mean where'* the air box?
