ummm if you can find the leak you may be able to pacth it with something, but if not... might just hade to replace something...

Do you know where the leak is?

you may have to take it to a AC place if you want to keep the R12, if not get a change over kit and get the Leak detector for the UV light and then do that...

Don't use any sealant'*, they do more damage then they are worth. Go buy a R134a kit and some UV dye and convert your car to 134a, or take it to a reputable shop and ask them to find your leak..
