Default Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow

Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow, or P0441 for short....

Anyone know what this is....?
My 97 is no longer boosting... again.. so I scanned her and came up w/ that code.
I don't think it has anything to do w/ the boost. I'm thinking this is a seperate issue.
