Default w/o rear defrost?

did any year 92-99 ome without rear defrost installed? So there was no heating element in the rear window?

i would have to say that rear defrost was standard features listed on the Bonne

I dont ever recall seeing one in a junkyard w/o rear defrost.

In the 70'*, 80'* possibly the 90'*, you could ORDER a car without the Rear Defroster. This was particularly true for cars delivered to the Deep South and Southern California where there was no need for this feature. But today ALL cars have a rear defroster grid.

Kinda what I was thinking.... If I ever get that far in my project I will just remove the grid by hand.
