See that lump on your firewall? That'* it. Take off the cover, and there it is.
It'll help if you take off the strut tower bar and that little bracket next to the valve cover. But no matter what, expect to do a little wrestling. (I think GM must have put it in before the engine.)

So the blower motor on these cars is accessed through the engine bay, not under the dash/firewall on the interior passanger side like in the w-bodies?

Correct. I changed mine out last summer. It'll cost you about $40 at your local auto parts store. (Less at a junkyard, but they go like hotcakes.)
