Blower Control Module HELP

I need one of these blower control modules for my Eighty Eight but having trouble finding one. Does anyone know the part number?

Do not have part number but i had same need and found that NAPA carries that module for $175 and change plus tax. Discount Auto in jacksonville fl did not carry the BCM. I got one from junk yard for $50 with one year exchange warranty that so far has worked satisfactorily.

Is there a way to bypass it and just have the fan work at one speed?

I recently bought a New ACDELCO BCM from "Thepartsladi" on eBay for 99- bucks with free shipping! Do a search and you will find them. GM made quite a few different modules, some come with 3-pins & 1-pin combination and others have 4-pins & 2-pins. They do have different wiring and control functions. You will need to check your RPO code to identify what system you have. Look for RPO code CJ2, CJ3 or C67. The blower control module does not have just one part number for replacement! (One part number does not fit all) BTW, I received the part in two days after purchase. ;)

When you refer to the BMC are you talking about the electronic climate control (Delco part number 16220102) or some other control? My blower works sporadically, sometimes it blows air (hot or cool) and sometimes it does not. Is this a promlem with the BMC or the electronic climate control or they the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated

The Blower Control Module is located under the hood at the end of the power connector that runs from the blower motor up under the maxi-fuse relay center. Not the climate control unit in the dash. I think it's there to give more speeds on the blower. From what I have read when this is the problem the blower either blows at full speed, even with the car turned off and has to be unplugged, or like mine, you get next to nothing from the blower at all. I don't think it really has much to do with the temperature of the air. But, I'm not an expert and I've yet to get one for my car so I can't be 100% sure.
