i have a small black spot on my filter... does anybody knows what causes this?

ok i talked to a guy who works at a local dealership about this... and he says that it is caused by the way the air travels through the airbox

it'* a potnetially dangerous condition which may cause total car failure. better to sell your car (right now) (to me) (for cheap) than to worry about it...
