The best thing to do will be to have the tire patched. It shouldn't cost more than $6-$10 dollors. The can'd stuff will work but sometimes will throw the tire off balance if not done correctly. Then it is just a bigger problem.

parrallel is right. I've never used the Gunk stuff, but fix-a-flat does work. But too much, and it remains liquid and throws the balance off. I actually had a shop tell me a tire was unbalancable until I made them take it off the rim and pour out the liquid fix-a-flat. (I used to do tire work at a service station and knew the symptoms)

Check the stem, a slow leak can form around the base?

Take the tire off the rim and dip it in a big tub of water or spray it down with water and find where the bubbles are coming from... if its in the tread it can be repaired with a plug or a patch... the plug can be put in without taking the tire off the rim so thats a +. If its leaking on the side wall the tire is junk and should be replaced.

Check the base of the valve stem, I had had 3 stems replaced on my SSEi because of slow leaks.

I think he meant to say spray it down with soapy water.. (Nit officially picked!!). And, if it is a tread leak, you can actually get the plug kit for under 10 bucks and fix it yourself.
