Traction Control Noise
I thought that I had a wheel bearing going out on my 95 Bonnie, But I couldnt tell what side it was on - seemed to come from the center. But now I just ran to the store for the milk and eggs and guess what - Its snowing and my traction control never came when I kicked it down. So now Im pretty sure thats my noise, its like a gurling grinding noise and gets noticeable at speed above 35. Does anybody have a clue on how that traction contol works? My ABS still worked when I hit the brakes. I would like to just get that part out to stop the noise or fix it. Im glad I didnt rush out to get a wheel bearing. Has anybody experienced a problem like this?

Are the wheel speed sensors part of the traction control system? I thought they were part of the ABS system. And that seems to work. But, I suppose it wouldnt hurt to try it out.
