what about your back left power window? obviously its not working correctly, but what is it doing? any noise or clicking? work with some switches but not others?

are you missing the screw on that trim piece?

Some times on really hot days my back window will stick. All I do is lightly bang the door panel while holding the button down.

Scott, the 92-99 rear windows don't have many problems. It may just be stuck. Turn the ignition on, open the rear door in question, hold the button down, and Bang on the door inside trim panel with a closed fist. See if that helps. Try it from the master driver'* switch and the rear switch.

If the driver'* master switch is bad, the rear switch won't work.
