99 SSei rack & pinion diagnosis
I been having problems with the driving feeling. I replaced the front struts, reconditioned the rims, balanced the 4 new tires and replaced the rotors and calipers. But I still feel like something is loose when I go thru a bump, or uneven road change. Some of my friends say is the outer/ ineer tie rod end. Others the Rack & Pinion. Don't know. I know though that I had lifted the front of vehicle and move the tire left and right with my hand and they're loose, but not much.
Help :?

Get a friend and jack the car up. Have them wiggle the tire with hands at 3 and 9. Any movement? If so..you crawl under car and figure out where it is...
Inner and outer tie rods are common enough. Racks aren't as common...but definately possible.
