Default SES light during acceleration

Recently I've noticed my SES light come on sometimes when accelerating. Usually in second gear, not particularly quick. Usually accompanied by some feeling of KR, not exactly pulling like it should. It'll go away in a few seconds. Doesn't seem to do it under hard accel. Haven't got codes yet, can I get stored codes from the good ol' jump the pins technique? Any ideas? I think someone had this problem recently, but I can't find it.

Ok, I've got codes 56 and 57. I believe it'* being caused by Jeffery10x2'* boost dump bypass trick, by reading the printout Autozone gave me.

Sounds like problems with the boost control solenoid.
