On a 1994 SSEI can yes or no clean egr valve???and where can I found a HOW-to or a link for good instructions

On the 94, you can try to clean it. I've had some success with it.

Bascially buy a new gasket. Then remove the old EGR.. spray internally with carb or TB cleaner and gently move the pintle valve in and out repeatedly until it moves freely. Then using your new gasket..put the valve back on the engine.
