Air mix actuator. Fixed.

I'm wondering if anybody has a picture of actuator with arm attached in max or min position, or in the center.
I'm trying to calibrate my actuator(I fixed the old one) and I didn't mark arm position before remowing. It actually couldn't help as gear was slipping anyway.
So if anybody has any pic with min/max/center allighment please post it or any info on calibration would be appreciated.
Temp stopped blinking but outside is 75 and in the car probably all 85 which makes calibration difficult.
AC isn't charged yet.

Thanks in advance

EDIT. OK. I've done it finally.
Alignment is done, then calibration before install, then installed and calibrated as per FSM (max temp and airmix dore allthe way to the right). I fixed gear with epoxy ,turned it 180 degree on the shaft, applied some epoxy on shaft before put gear on to make sure no slippage will occure in the future. That's the main reason for ECC error code when gear is cracked. Shift is on the max position by stop and gear keep rotating because of this crack gear it's not sitting on shaft tight anymore and blue gear (potentiometer) gives wrong feedback to programmer about door position. . Anyway, actuator moves smooth and quiet. No more blinking temperature . Topic is closed
