Engine fans
Well... where to start. My fans do not come on, even at temps above 212* (according to actron cp9145 scantool). Turning the AC on does not turn them on (or turn on the AC clutch according to the scantool. my AC has never blown cold, but it does blow air.),
unplugging the A/C pressure sensor does turn the fans on however. so this verifies that they work, and that all relays and fuses are good correct? any idea where to start troubleshooting this?

I don't understand willwren'* answer.
Fixing the air conditioner may turn on the fans when the a/c is on...
... but the fans are supposed to turn on when the coolant gets HOT, whether the a/c is on or not, and whether it is working or not....
Since the fans are obviously getting power through the relays and fuses, then either the coolant temperature sensor is not feeding the correct information to the PCM, or the PCM is faulty and is not activating its fan-relay-control.
Furthermore, the fans may actually be okay.... are you sure that you are letting the coolant get hot enough??? The red-line is almost 260 F. My fans come on at about 105 C (220 F).... the only way I can get it that hot is pretty much idling while parked against a wall. Any forward movement at all and the temp drops down to the 190 deg temp of the thermostat and the fans stop.

Icebound, he didn't get hot enough for them to come on in "Oh ****" mode.
Sensor testing procedure can be found in Techinfo if in doubt. But if the scantool agrees with the gauge on a S1, you can bet the sensors are both ok (2 seperate sensors on a S1, one sensor with dual outputs on a S2).
