Default Thoughts on MAF Sensor please?

My Bonnie seems to run better with it unplugged? Thoughts does it need to be cleaned or is it bad? Can you guy'* tell me what to look for in solving this problem? Thanks for your time and answers........

Nothing wrong with trying to clean it. When you have it out look at the wire. If it'* broken, the MAF is shot. Be careful cleaning it. Don't spray right on the wire.

Looks like you checked into the 'Tech info' section first on the 'MAF'

Thanks for doing your homework first!

As Dan said try cleaning it.....

You can try to clean it but be careful to not damage the little wires!
