P0102 (MAF circuit low voltage)
The check engine light went on yesterday and the car has been making this bucking feeling when accelerating that kinda feels like a slipping tranny but the RPMs DROP when it happens. When the code is scanned it comes up P0102 (MAF circuit low voltage). According the chiltons the only thing on that circuit is the MAF and wiring. I ordered the new MAF @ $138. This has to be the problem, correct? Im pretty sure it is, just want to get a fresh pair of eyes on the problem.
The dolts at auto zone told me that MAFs dont go bad, and to ignore it. But I have had the code scanned & cleared 3 times. Focking idiots.

Im not really good in this department but all I know is that the autozone guys are usually morons. Otherwise they'd be making more cash as mechanics.

Remove your old MAF sensor and look at the 2 VERY SMALL filliments in there....I'll bet yours are black. They're supposed to silver. Get a q tip and some rubbing alcohol and clean them up.
BE VERY CAREFULL!!!! THESE FILLIMENTS ARE EXTREMELY FRAGILE!!!!!!!!!
