Coolant Connector from Water Pump to Supercharger
Hi, I have a sad story, my 16 year old son bought his first car last week, a 1994 Bonneville SSEi. Before noon the next day, the serpentine belt separated and knocked off the plastic coolant connector that goes into the supercharger. This is an awkward spot but I managed to get the connector remomove from the SC body. I went all over town (Winnipeg) including wreckers and we can't find the part. I went to the delaer (on Saturday) and they don';t even have a part number although it'* on their diagram.
Would anyone know the part I am talking about, some specs and perhaps a part number that someone like Napa might carry?
It would be greatly appreciated
Greg

first of all, that elbow is going into the LIM (lower intake manifold) not the SC.
Autozone and most other parts store should have those "GM" elbows in stock, on the shelf. I have my old ones sitting on my workbench since I just bought new ones, but the ones at the parts store should be under $5 NEW

Thank you
I appreciate it. Would you have any idea what the part number is? I am in the states (orlando)for the next few days and I would like to pick it up if i can before I return home.

I'm not sure what parts stores are in your area, but all of them should stock it.
Just ask for the GM coolant elbow. I don't have a part number as every part store probably has a different one

Posts like a Ricer Type-R
It'* not an ELBOW> that'* a Series 2 fitting.
The car in question has a coolant bypass FITTING that is not elbow shaped. Your local NAPA or Autozone has a metal replacement in stock.

Agreed WillWren.... (S1 Andrew...remember those days?)
The piece as you know is threaded at one end and the other is a outlet to clamp the hose onto. Napa around here has them on the shelf/or spinning rack.
