ignition fuses are good, accessory lights come on in accessory position.
When i put the key in and turn it, it makes no sound, no click, no sound like its trying to turn over. Battery is new. Tried three diff people jump start me, and got nothing, battery volt meter is at 14 in on position. This morning starting it sounded like it was having a hard time turning over, also again after i left the gym, but worse. Then parked at a store and tried to start it and got nothing
Could it be the key? ignition, or starter? How to check which is at fault.
Checked my key and its 9.33 and the other is 9.37 with a voltmeter

where would i find the park neutral position switch, and would that have anything to do with it.
Easiest way to test the starter? Read something about using a voltmeter on the starter?

Use a DVOM and check the voltage between a block ground and the positive post on the starter. If no voltage, it'* the cables, if 12v then it could be the starter.
