We did a scan while siting and driving. But I am thinking capture the driving data and see whats up. I think your right another scan and maybe something was missed.

I started looking at this again and found the rubber vacuum fitting off the throttle body had a leak and was cracked. This is the one that also hooks up to the fuel pressure regulator. I did a temp fix with a T and hose till the GM replacement comes in next week Monday. We shall see in a day or 2 if that was the culprit.

I agree Dan. The older our cars get, the more our vacuum system breaks down. Those little rubber connectors get hot, cold, hot, cold and break down. Even a minute vacuum leak can cause problems. Thankfully, most of our vacuum related things are located in the engine bay for easy accessibility.
