Default blower motor going?

Yesterday when I started my '93 SSE after it sitting all day, I turned on the heat and the indicator showed the fan was on, but nothing happened. After driving it for about 5 minutes, it finally came on like normal. Does this sound like my blower motor could be going?

Thanks.

If you have Automatic Climate Control it takes a few minutes before the blower ramps up.
