Default 97 SSE High Idle after installing new fuel tank, pump and sender

1997 SSE. After having new tank, new pump and sender installed. When I start the car, it will drive down the road at high speeds without ever touching the gas pedal. It will eventually idle down, sometimes after driving 35 miles, sometimes it stays at high idle. The weather has been very cold, but I never had the problem before the new pump was installed. Maybe a vacuum line got screwed up, fuel tank pressure sensor not installed properly, IAC, throttle body, fuel pressure regulator? Any suggestions? I appreciate the help. Thank you.

I would start with checking all the vacuum lines. Something might have been missed.

After what you probably paid to have that work done, why not take it back to the installer. Give them a chance to be reasonable, and straighten it out. Was this a friend or a shop who did the work?

They know what they messed with, and can backtrack quicker, than we can figure it out.
