Default TCC Brake Input Circuit.

So My TCC Brake Input Circuit
Is Messed Up I Pulled The Cord Out
While Checking My Ground Bus
Didn't Know WHat It Was
So I Checked For Codes
And Got 38
So My Question :

Where Does The Cable Need To Hook Up To ???

I TAKE IT NO ONE KNOWS ? OR YOUR ALL BUSY :?

well for now my car'* parked in my front yard.
and won't even turn over and i think this
is why ? would a code 38 stop it from turning over ?

i really need to know how to fix this i plan on
starting first thing in the morning.

But I'm not sure of where it goes or what to do with it
i'm planning on taking out my center coucil because i'm
pretty sure thats where it came from .
