97 Bonneville VS 2003 Grand Prix GT

What is the main diff between my 97 Bonneville SE 3800 NA, and a 2003 Grand Prix GT 3800 NA. Spied a minty one on a dealer lot with only 67K miles or 103k kilometers. They appear to be about the same size.
