Default Throttle Body question?

I have 2 studs for my throttle body that have hex heads and nuts my 3 is a stud with the nut stuck on it, it has been replaced my questions is how tight should I make this nut stud combo? I know that the hex heads should be placed in and then the nuts tighten to 11 ft lbs correct? I have checked every where and I can not find another hex stud and nut. I haven't tried the dealer because I wanted to put may car back together. My local junk yards haven't even been able to help. Some ideas please and thanks.

So even with the nut and bolt stuck to each other screw it in to 89 inch pounds? Do I still make the studs with nuts to 11 foot lbs on the nuts placed on the studs right? Thanks just trying to get it close to right as I can. Thanks

89 inch pounds is both the stud and the nut.

I don't think the studs would hold up to 11 foot pounds.

I was looking at the power steering bracket that bolts to the throttle body I guess the 2 little bolts go to 11lbs to hold it on so the book says? I am not sure?

Don't torque anything on those throttle body studs to 11ft lbs. Likely that is too much and they may snap. I believe the only part that can be torqued like that is the bolt where it goes into the head on the back/lower part of that bracket.
