I have a 94 Bonneville that is having several issues. They may be related to each other though.

When I first start my car in the morning the engine will run rough (lopping) and shut off. It also makes a loud sucking noise of air thru the MAF. After about 10 mins of warming up it goes back to semi normal. There is also an exhaust leak some where I think either in the exhaust manifold or one of the pipes. Would the exhaust leak cause incorrect readings from a sensor that would cause the first problem? What should I check first?

I did change the air filter, spark plugs, cleaned the MAF sensor, swaped out the EGR valve.

Any suggestions?
