Question MAP Sensor - one or two?
Hi all... '97 SSEi.... This may seem like a silly question to some of you, but here'* my issue. Got a code on the car that said my MAP sensor was bad. I bought a new one, then went to put it on just behind the supercharger there and VOILA!... it looks like there are "two" there! Am I seeing things?

You have two. One for the pcm and one for the dash. easy way to tell which is the right one is to unplug one. If the dash stops reading pressure, that'* the dash one. replace the other.

Thanks! I did just that... unplugged each and fired the car up to see which was which. Turns out the passenger-side MAP Sensor is the engine one (which I replaced) and the driver-side is for the dash. Fixed!
