94 Bonneville - Broken Heat & Cigarette Lighter - Fuse?

I use a car charger in my 1994 Bonneville and yesterday it stopped working. I tried both cigarette plugs, but neither of them worked. I noticed today that the heat doesn't turn on. It also seems like the rear defroster button doesn't turn on and the light that goes on when it is depressed doesn't show up.

Is this a blown fuse? Are all of these problems related? Please help, it is freezing here, thanks! BTW, I know very, very little about cars and don't even know where the fuse box would be so please talk to me like I'm a child.

most fuse panels are under the dash above the E-brake foot pedal...look in your owners manual for the fuse box layout and see if all those items your having issues with are on the same fuse, if so changes the fuse...and incase you're really simple minded use the same amp fuse going in that you have taken out <wink, wink>GL Bonnies in distress cant really Impress....Happy Holidays

I don't have the manual, is there any manual posted online? How do I know if the fuse is bown?

No online manuals as far as I know. The back of the fuse cover should have a map to what fuses are what.

This is what a blown fuse looks like. See how the middle conductor is split? A new fuse would have that as 1 piece.
