Default What should the MAF (Mass Air Flow) gm/sec reading be ?

I've been getting really garbage gas mileage as of late. See this post http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...=445988#445988

The last time I had my 92 Bonne hooked up to the Scan Tool (while idling) it showed 1400-1600 gms/sec for the MAF sensor.

I asked a Driveablity Tech (last time I was at the Dealer getting parts) what the reading should be. He said he wasn't sure of the top of his head but it sounded high.

Does anyone know what the MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor should read for Grams / Second of air flow at idle ?

Thanks in Advance,
Dutch

Sounds similar to mine, but I have a larger throttle body. Don't know if that would make a difference at idle.
