Leaking sun roof
I have read all posts about leaking sun roofs yet i dont know how to drop the ceiling. i tried taking down the ceiling, i took out the middle pillars and front. im not sure if my sun roof came with my car neither, it has 3 buttons the last says "asc on it. well pretty much i have a leak on the passenger side from the roof. it comes through the cloth and falls onto the passenger seat and rear floor in back of passnger and leaves a pretty good squishy puddle. and its alot, wen i make turns water comes pouring out. so here it goes "what do i gotta do?" and how do i do it. haha............and guess what it rained today :D

Is it fair to assume you have tested your drains, and they are not plugged? If not, do that first. Water should drain down to the front wheel well, and come out where the rocker panel ends at the wheel well (behind the tire). Here'* a pic. That black panel you see can be loosened and you can get into the area and see the drain. I had a ton of dirt in there, on each side. If no water comes out, the dirt may be plugging the drain hose..

Water ALSO drains out the C pillars to the REAR wheelwells as well.
Not only can the tubes be plugged at the bottom, but they can be plugged at the top, or the tubes disconnected. This backs the water up, and causes it to overflow into the cabin.
There are 4 drains. Two in the A pillars, two in the C pillars.

Before ripping the car apart, gently pour some water in each corner (you may have to move the car so the drain you're testing is downhill). Do this with the sunroof open. Pour some from a pitcher or bottle, and watch for it to drain out just behind the front tire, or just forward of the rear tire.
AFTER you determine they're plugged, go in and remove the plastic A or C pillar trim and gently/slightly lower the headliner to inspect the connections to the drains.

I wonder if he'* got an aftermarket sunroof. My 99 does not have three buttons, one with ASC on it as he mentions his does. Did a '92 have that sort of a controller on a factory sunroof?

Remember to remove your holy sh*t handles in the rear. The headliner won't drop unless you do.
Here is my experience, hope it helps:
