Default Wierd Pulley Problem

So when my car is at idle there is an annoying squeaking noise. When I give the car gas it gets worse and worse, until my boost engages.

As soon as the car is under boost the noise goes away. The second my boost gauge is below zero it starts squealing again.

I know its not my belts cause I just changed them. And it sounds like its coming from one of the supercharger pulleys.

Any ideas on what it could be?

can you take the belt off and spin each pulley ... do this and see if any are real noisy or have alot of play ...... let us know what happens and well go from there
