Default What years came with tranny cooler?

I ask because I had been under the impression that only 1992/1993 were the only years, but I found a 1996 SSEi on the insurance auction with a factory setup.

Each SSE and SSEi that saw the 4T60. Which includes the 96.

4T65E came out in 1997 without a tranny cooler.

That picture is strange. That looks like a pre 96 body with a series 2 L67.

Headlights are purely 96+, so are the grooves in the bumper, and the airbox is Series 2 for sure.

I have seen a few 1994/1995 SSE/SSEi'* and Park Avenue Ultra'* without the cooler. :? In fact I'll grab a couple more of these insurance cars pics showing without the cooler.

My dads 96 Ultra has the stock external cooler. The factory lines go into the radiator then to the external cooler. I wish I knew of this setup BEFORE I put in my Flex a lite.

Mine is too, but Pontiac still provided an auxiliary.
