Default Help before I can open the box for the Actron CP9001

I just bought an Actron CP9001 and I don't want to open it until I get a question answered. It says on the box that "Code Scanner is only applicable if the vehicle DOES NOT HAVE a climate control computer". Does this mean that I can not use this? I have the climate control heating and air on my Bonne. Is this what they are talking about? Please let me know as my check engine light keeps coming on and going off every so often since I cleared all the codes. :?

Now that I helped you, you can be a nice guy and send it to me for me to play with. Take your time though, my engine is out of the car.
