Default Is this a vacuum leak cause I can't find it :(

What I did last night was adjust the boost bypass a little lower because it wasn't closing perfectly. I also sprayed a little throttle body cleaner in the tb to clean it and I took out the MAF and cleaned it.
I also cleaned the K&N drop in filter.

I noticed that when I started the car, the stock boost gauge showed -70 vac or all the way at the lowest setting.

I assumed it was a vacuum leak.

I then listened for it and I head a leak where the EGR tube connects to the motor.
I pulled out that tube today and found that it was cracked around the flange.
I siliconed it with high heat silicone but my boost gauge reads the same thing.

The boost gauge goes a little higher than -70 when the car is in drive and the car doesn't shift any harder than it used to but I sprayed TB cleaner around all the vacuum lines to find the leak but I really can't find it.

I guess my question is.. do I really have a vacuum leak?

It'* perfectly normal for the boost gauge to be at the minimun reading at idle.

What year do you have? Throttle body cleaner can strip the epoxy coating of the SC rotors.
