You should be able to follow the 4t65e shift kit write up we have here. All it does is shorten the shift time. Take pictures.

When you do this mod is it necessary to swap out the 1 -2 springs with the 2 - 3 springs? This has been mentioned on a few other forums (Club GP). This just firms up the 1 - 2 shift a bit more. My Supercooler arrived this morning so i will be going out to get some spacers and get nice and oily this afternoon.
