Is your PCV valve installed nipple up and flat side down?

How about that little hose thingy. Sometimes they don't always stay in place when you install the UIM.

I can see it when I take that pcv cap off on the side of it does that rule out the hose or does it connect somewhere else inside the UIM also I assume the stock pcv cap should work the one that came with it looks different and has a hole in the top so it just Sucks tons of air in and it'* very noticeable you can hear it

You did put the MAP sensor back on right?
If you did you may want to inspect the o ring that goes on it.

The pick-up tube does not connect to anything inside the UIM, so you do not need to worry about that, the only issue I had when I did mine was that it was hard to get the new PCV cap on, this was due to that pickup tube being to far up into the new UIM, I tapped it down a little and was able to get the new PCV cap/map sensor on without a struggle.

Just curious, but did you remove the LIM and replace the nylon 6,6, LIM gaskets that are known to fail?

The big o-ring came in the kit so it'* new and i didn't replace the LIM gasket like an idiot didn't think I had to it wasn't burning anything before and all of a sudden it was gulping antifreeze so I pulled the throttle body and saw all the antifreeze and figured I could get away with just the UIM replacement guess i will have to tear it down agin is there a oil passage in the LIM

im glad i did, i saw the upper leak as well but got lowers to be sure and it was worse. make sure you use thread seal on the lowers, and it wouldnt hurt to plug the coolant ports
