I need to paint a few parts.. Spraypaint, keeping it cheap. What kind?
I have 3 small spots of surface rust [doesn't go deep into the metal at all, it'* just beginning]
Also, I have paint chips off of my door that together equal about the size of a dollar bill, and cover the area of 1.5 bills.
How should I go about spraypainting this? The car already has several spots of spraypaint on it, from the previous owner, since paint was chipping off. It'* hardly noticable since my car is white.
But what should I do, step by step?
The rust, I know, I have to sand. But should I put Bondo over where I sanded?
What type of primer, if any, should I use?
What type of paint is good to use for cars?
Should I put any type of clearcoat on it?

Seal the rust with a rust sealer. If you know, use the same color primer as the car. Then use like dupicolor for your car. And finish with a clear coat or ten.
