What happened was I had to take my car into the shop because my brake cylinder need replacing. I got it back after the repair, however now when I run the AC, its stuck on blowing at the windows. The AC was working fine before and was blowing at me when I took her in. Now that I got her back its stuck on the windows. The @$$hole techs say it was a "coincidence". BS. I had this AC system replaced once before for 3,000 dollars! Because of that outrageous price they gave me lifetime warrenty for the AC. Now I have a problem where I cant find the goddamn reciept because its been so long. So this obviously puts me in a pissed-off mode.

Now before im going to take it up to yelling at the top of my lungs at who is at fault here, and before I finally discover this important piece of document, any folks here have any ideas on how to fix it in case I get SOL?

With a life time warrentee the repair shop should have you in their computer system so you should not need a receipt. But check for any vacuum leaks near the powerbrake
booster. You might have a loose or broken vacuum line.

Yeah, there'* a good possiblity that he knocked the vacuum line from the vacuum resevoir while working on the Master Brake Cylinder. I would suggest opening the hood of your car and listen for a hissing sound from near the back of the engine while the engine is running. You'll probably see a thin black hose looking for a home. Once that hose is put back in its place your A/C should be blowing where it should.

Yep, the A/C inside the car pulls vacuum from the lower port of the vacuum tank, Bet money they knocked the line from the manifold to the vacuum tank off.

Look at the throttle linkage, Now about 3" towards the passenger side, right where there'* four little lines, and the one large one going to the power brake booster. there ought to be a line going straight towards the back of the car to the vacuum tank, then a line from about 1/2" lower on the vacuum tank, to the interior of the car.

Yup, that did it. Thanks! As it turned out, the mechanic replaced the hose and it was loose, so I got to get a clip for that now to keep it in.
